The second annual Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Cycle was once again a smashing success! Incredibly beautiful women some would say. “Yes indeed” others would reply, but beautiful in so many ways. ZARZAR MODELS takes its millions of fans behind the scenes as the Victoria’s Secret Angels raise money for cancer research showing how beauty can help to make the world a better place. For the second year running (or in this case spinning), the incredibly beautiful Victoria’s Secret Angels teamed up with SoulCycle in New York City for the Supermodel Cycle charity bike ride. All of the proceeds from the event went towards Pelotonia, a non-profit organization with one goal: end cancer once and for all.
On July 11, 2012 six Victoria’s Secret Angels, including beautiful South African model Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton, Lindsay Ellingson, Arlenis Sosa, and Behati Prinsloo hosted the Supermodel Cycle “Ride with Angels” as some people called the event. The Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Cycle raised $111,000 United States Dollars which would be matched by Limited Brands Foundation for Pelotonia (Limited Brands is the parent company and owner of Victoria’s Secret). The money raised came from donors who pledged from $1,000 to $2,500 to exercise and ride alongside and sweat next to the beautiful Victoria’s Secret Angels.
This year, the Victoria’s Secret Angels took Supermodel Cycle one step further by increasing the total amount of money raised for Pelotonia proving that beautiful women can indeed make the world a better place. Beautiful Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Ellingson stated “What’s better than a really good workout? Raising money for cancer research at the same time!!”.
